Beto Otero, the former UFC welterweight champion who was stripped of his title and later stripped of a shot at the UFC title due to doping allegations, is set to fight Jason LaCanfora in a fight that will be the first time a Nyan cat fighter has taken on a professional boxer in the octagon.
Otero is expected to be the underdog against LaCanforea, who is currently a UFC featherweight champion and is the UFC’s highest-paid athlete.
LaCanfoorta has earned $15 million over his UFC career, according to UFC figures.
Oteros wins the fight by decision.
La Canforas bout with Oteroso will take place in Las Vegas on Dec. 20.
Ostero, who turned 40 on Wednesday, was born in Peru and became a boxer in 1992.
He became a professional wrestler and middleweight boxer before fighting for the UFC.
He is best known for his career as a boxer, but he has also won the welterweights, middleweights, light heavyweight and featherweights.
In 2005, he became the first Nyancat fighter to win a fight in the UFC, beating former champ Chris Weidman.
