By now you may have noticed that Minecraft has been getting beta testing for quite some time now.
I can’t help but notice the changes in the beta version and also the fact that there are many more bugs to be found.
There have been some changes in how the game is designed to be played.
We are testing a few new features for Minecraft Beta, including: Inventory management (the ability to pick up items and place them in your inventory) Player-run cities and towns (that is, cities and areas with NPCs and/or farms) Randomized weather (in case the game crashes) More custom items (e.g. a sword or a weapon) Improved performance, stability and memory usage (e-mails, text, videos) In addition to these changes, the beta has been a huge improvement over the initial beta release.
In my opinion, beta testing is the best way to get a sense of how the final product will look like.
This way you can judge how the new features work, as well as learn about the features that are coming in the final version.
To help you with your testing, I’ve put together a list of some of the biggest features to come in the Beta, which you can find here: Minecraft Beta Features If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments below.
